The Royal Sponge, renowned for always being at the top of the afternoon tea platter, a light vanilla sponge balanced with a sweet strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Finished with a light, sweet sugar dusting.
Red Velvet Cake
Soft red sponge with a smooth Belgian chocolate buttercream filling, covered with a silky cream cheese frosting. Finished with a sprinkling of red cake crumbs for vibrancy.
Lemon Drizzle Sponge
Zesty lemon sponge with a velvety lemon buttercream and smooth curd filling. Finished with a citrusy lemon drizzle icing.
