Chocolate Black Forest Box

Velvety Belgian chocolate mousse box encasing a tangy cherry compote, topped off with Belgian white chocolate shavings

Mango and Passion Fruit Delice

A duo of a refreshing mango mousse &  a sweet passionfruit mousse, glittered with a tropical glaze, and a light vanilla sponge base.

Chocolate and Salted Caramel Torte 

Dark chocolate mousse with a soft centre of salted caramel, set on a vanilla sponge base, topped with chocolate ganache & pieces of vanilla fudge

Banoffee Torte

 

A creamy banana mousse with a soft toffee caramel centre, on a lotus biscuit crumble base topped with a caramel glaze & white chocolate shavings

A delicious twist on the French classic, with layers of moist almond sponge, chocolate ganache and our signature pistachio buttercream

French Opera Gateau

A true French classic, layers of coffee soaked almond sponge, chocolate ganache and our signature coffee and chocolate butter cream.

Victoria Sponge

The Royal Sponge, renowned for always being at the top of the afternoon tea platter, a light vanilla sponge balanced with a sweet strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Finished with a light, sweet sugar dusting.

Red Velvet Cake

 

Soft red sponge with a smooth Belgian chocolate buttercream filling, covered with a silky cream cheese frosting. Finished with a sprinkling of red cake crumbs for vibrancy.

Lemon Drizzle Sponge

Zesty lemon sponge with a velvety lemon buttercream and smooth curd filling. Finished with a citrusy lemon drizzle icing.
